Aloha & Welcome to our 2 bedroom Kamaole Sands Condo
We invite you to escape to our newest place in paradise. We now can provide you with any size condo at Kamaole Sands Resort, with our two bedroom two bath condo, in the much sought after building 10. Gorgeous ocean and garden views await you from our very large lanai. The gentle trade winds keeps this condo cooler than any other building in Kamaole Sands. The 1188 sq ft condo, which seems much larger especially with the extra large lanai. It just feels like "home". New tile flooring, new doors, trim and baseboards, also a new split 3 way AC system. Our new kitchen remodel looks great. Now the entire condo has been remodeled.

Amenities & Accommodations
Completely new furnishings from top to bottom in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. We have new ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room along with a in-wall fan in the forward bedroom along with a stand alone AC system. We also have a new (2020) 3 way split AC system in the living room, master bedroom and the second bedroom. The condo will sleep 5 comfortably. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, with new bedroom furniture, and bamboo flooring. The 2nd bedroom on the main level has twin & queen bed. The kitchen is fully supplied and then some with all new "everything" dishes, flatware, cookware. Everything has been replaced. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room, along with a Blu-Ray. Have a iPhone or iPod/MP3 player? We have a stereo for it as well. There is free High Speed Internet/WiFi in the condo so you can stay connected to family and friends. The extra large lanai has a table and seating for everyone. It's like having another room. The storage closet on the lanai is where you will find all the beach gear you may need; boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas and even a cooler on wheels to take to the beach, and beach towels. To get everything to the beach we have a fold up wagon for your use. This is also handy to haul groceries up to the condo. The condo even has its own full size washer and dryer for your convenience. For families with "little ones", we do have pay n play. Other items can be rented from the two companies that are listed on our "Maui Information" page on our website.

We do offer, weekly, bi-weekly rates (14 day stays) and monthly rates. Our weekly rates are 2.5% off the normal rate, our bi-weekly rates are 5% off the normal rate and our monthly rates are 10% off the normal rates. For bi-weekly rates just inquire and mention the bi-weekly rate and we can adjust the quote.

Resort/Check In Fee: Upon checking in, the reception desk will charge for this fee. The fee is about $70 which is broken down as a Check In Fee, Resort Fee.
